How we scope your quote
Workspaces, workstations, rendering and print volumes, and document retention. Usage is charged separately from the subscription; any ERP prerequisites are checked in your quote.
Users, capacity, modules and support levels depend on the agreed configuration. Migration, onboarding, integrations and custom development are estimated separately.

How is the price calculated?
The print workspace subscription is added to usage. Each successful render and confirmed physical print is a separate charge. The required ERP subscription is separate.
Which quantities are billed?
Duplicate render or print confirmations for the same job are charged once; an explicit reprint is a new job. Failed or cancelled prints have no physical-print charge. After 24 hours, each started 30-day retention block is a charge per document up to 25 MiB.
What is quoted separately?
Migration, initial setup, integrations, custom development and third-party licences are separate items. Your quote specifies the scope, support and any one-time work.
